Dr. Robert Mosley earned his Ph.D. from Ohio State University and Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University. In addition, Dr. Mosley has obtained his certification as a Life Care Planner, having successfully completed a post -graduate program at the University of Florida. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Vocational Expert.
Dr. Mosley has worked in the Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and Guidance field for over 30 years providing Case Management and Consultative Services to assist individuals (disabled and non-disabled) and organizations in Career Development and Disability Management in the United States and Canada.
Dr. Mosley has developed and managed career education programs for social services agencies, governmental programs and the private sector. He has developed and managed Early-Return-to Work/Transitional Work Programs in the public and private sectors.
Dr. Mosley has taught, lectured, published articles and conducted research on issues relating to Disability Management, Career Counseling and Vocational Assessment. He is the past Chair of the Forensic Section, and a member of the Ethnics Committee and the National Board for the International Association of Rehabilitation Professional. Currently he serves as a member of the Editorial Board for the association reviewing research projects and articles on Disability Management issues.

Dana Weldon has practiced in private rehabilitation since 1982 in Canada and the United States in the capacity of a rehabilitation consultant/counselor and certified life care planner. She holds the designation of Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and has by examination been conveyed certification status as a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) from the International Commission on Health Care Certification.
Dana’s formal education includes a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling obtained through the University of Wisconsin-Stout; Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Bachelor of Education, Ontario Teacher’s Certificate, Primary Education Certificates, Parts I and II and Life Care Planning Post Graduate Certificate.
Dana is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Florida teaching Advanced Aspects of Life Care Planning – Developmental, Forensic, & Vocational Aspects of Life Care Planning and has also been appointed as a Commissioner of Life Care Planning for the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC).
