Assess Ability

A Vocational Assessment is a comprehensive assessment of an individual's vocational aptitudes, abilities, interests and academic skills utilizing a variety of assessment tools. We can address the impact an injury has had on employment earnings potential and labor market access following injury.


Vocational Assessments assist the client with the development of vocational goals, which are realistic and identify any vocational barriers that need to be addressed with respect to vocational pursuits. Vocational Assessments address educational and work histories, transferable skills, aptitudes, interests, job readiness factors, medical status, physical capabilities, and social and financial implications with respect to employment.

When are Vocational Assessments beneficial?

Vocational Assessments become necessary when clients are uncertain of an appropriate vocational direction, or unable to return to their previous occupation. An assessment of this nature will provide the client with appropriate vocational information to assist in their vocational choice based on their functional ability.
